# Utility

The Oracles are core assets of the Vortex Foundation ecosystem, granting holders **exclusive access** to VortexAI’s tools and future offerings. With a **fixed supply of just 100 units**, these NFTs are **highly scarce**, providing potential benefits such as **revenue sharing**, **governance voting**, and **priority access** to new Vortex products and services.

## Revenue Share

The Vortex Foundation enforces a **5% sell fee** on $VORTEX sell transactions. This fee we'll be **redistributed to Oracle holders**, ensuring they directly benefit from the ecosystem’s growth. This mechanism **discourages short-term speculation** ("paper hands") while rewarding committed holders of these **scarce, high-value NFTs**. Additionally, royalties from secondary sales further fund **ecosystem development**, reinforcing the **sustainability of VortexAI** and future NFT projects.

## Governance (soon)

Oracle NFTs grant holders **governance voting rights**, allowing them to influence key decisions within the Vortex Foundation. This includes **protocol updates**, **treasury allocations**, **ecosystem expansions**, and **strategic partnerships**. As exclusive stakeholders, Oracle holders gain **insider access** to high-level decision-making, ensuring that those most invested in VortexAI’s success help **shape its future**.
